Youth Ministry @NBUMC
Through their time an New Beginnings UMC, youth will discover what it means to passionately follow Jesus Christ with their peers, and live a life of discipleship through opportunities of worship, fellowship, service and Christian Education. It is our mission to help them take the Word of God and discover how to apply it to their everyday life.
Sunday Night Fellowship
Students grades 6-12 gather together weekly for a time of fellowship and spiritual growth as a collective with other local UMCs under the direction of our Youth Pastor.
Throughout the year, these weekly opportunities often reflect the interests of our youth and lead to activities designed to reach out to others and nurture the spirit.
Outreach
We believe service is at the very core of creating disciples for future generations. Our youth are actively involved in the missions of our community as well as Salkehatchie Summer Service; a United Methodist founded opportunity of repairing repairing homes and forming lasting relationships during the Summer months.
